Rita Ora struts her stuff in Elle

Rita Ora is a woman who knows what she wants, particularly when it comes to fashion.  The "Hot Right Now" singer is known for her quirky style choices, often sporting outfits that look like a mash-up of Lady Gaga and M.I.A.'s wardrobe Fashion designer and Beyonce favorite Peter Dundas, of the Italian label Emilio Pucci, created Ora's stage wardrobe for her 2013 tour.
Ora is clearly proud of her fashion decisions.  She's horrified by the ideas that a record label might direct her look.  "That should never be allowed,"  Ora exclaimed. " It's like somebody telling you what to sing." Ora also opened up about her big break in 2009 when rapper Jay-Z signed her to his Roc Nation label.  The singer was thrilled an shocked to find herself swept into the music business.  "I didn't think in a million years that i'd fly to New York to meet on of the biggest music moguls of our time, " Ora gushed.

It may not be surprising with her flamboyant dress choices, but Ora names The Spice Girls as on her best influences.  "I just remember watching them-not even meeting them- and I was completely mesmerized," ORa siad.  "It feels great to meet someone who is not human, but is."
